Enjoyed a family gathering in the Buttermarket room. It provided a great atmosphere with warm decor and ample space for our group. The food was a standout. Every dish brought to our table exceeded expectations. The staff was genuinely friendly, handling our requests promptly without hesitation. Our room was quite comfortable, featuring a small table and chairs, perfect for family chatter. The showers could be better. a little more space would be nice. It got a bit noisy in the bar during peak hours, which made it hard to enjoy a quiet drink. Free parking was convenient, and the location allowed us to explore nearby attractions easily. Would recommend for events and family stays, but would love to see some room updates soon.

Upon staying here, I was delighted by the spacious rooms, which are comfortable and clean. The staff’s friendliness and the well-cooked breakfast were standout features. While there were some minor noise issues and a need for room updates, the overall experience far exceeded my expectations for a delightful stay.

The spacious room had a comfy bed and a cool rain showerhead. Plus, enjoying Netflix on the big screen was a great bonus!

I stayed in Room 11 and it was a real treat! Super spacious with a comfy bed. A great rain showerhead. Everything was really clean, and having Netflix was a nice touch for a cozy night in. It could use a little update, but honestly, it was just right for my stay.
